Marco sounds natural and speaks fluently - but introduces himself as a digital assistant at the start of the call. That's not just what the EU AI Act requires; it builds trust: your customers know what's going on and still get served immediately instead of being put off.

Do I need a new phone number?

No. You get a dedicated number from us and forward your existing one to it - permanently, only outside business hours, or only when you don't pick up. Your well-known number stays unchanged to the outside world.

What happens in a real emergency?

Marco recognises emergencies during the call and asks targeted follow-up questions. A genuine emergency is transferred directly to your designated emergency line - you hear a short announcement of what it's about first. You're also notified immediately.

How does Marco know what my business offers?

During setup you enter your services, service area, opening hours and prices - or simply have your website and documents imported. Marco answers exclusively from this knowledge. What he doesn't know, he doesn't make up: he offers a callback instead and notes the question for you.

What happens when my included minutes run out?

You're notified in good time and can flexibly top up extra minutes - from €0.50 per minute, without changing plans. Without credit, Marco doesn't take new calls, so costs never run away from you.

How long does setup take?

About 15 minutes: register, enter your business details or import your website, connect your number - done. On the Enterprise plan we set everything up together with you in a personal session.

Is this GDPR-compliant?

Yes. Telephony runs on EU infrastructure, calls are only recorded after a notice, and you receive a data processing agreement. Your data is never sold or used to train third-party AI models.
