Pricing questions
What happens when the minutes run out?
You can add minute packs (30, 60 or 150 minutes) or switch on automatic top-ups. Without available minutes Marco no longer answers calls or sends replies, and callers hear a short announcement. Messages are counted in minutes too: an email or WhatsApp reply 0.2 minutes, a website chat conversation 0.5 minutes, a text message 1 minute.
How long is the contract?
The contract runs month to month: you pay monthly and can cancel any month. All prices are net, plus VAT.
